A Family Quilting Legacy
Join longtime Heart of the Hills Quilters member Anita Peters for a special trunk show celebrating generations of quilting tradition. A guild member since 1999, Anita will share her family’s remarkable quilting heritage, which dates back to 1849, in honor of the 250th Anniversary of the United States and Hill City’s 150th Anniversary.
Known for her creative scrappy quilts and the occasional paper-pieced project, Anita’s presentation will feature a collection of quilts that tell stories of family, history, and craftsmanship. She’ll also be joined by several of her fellow Heart of the Hills Quilters members, who will share some of their favorite quilts, making this an inspiring evening filled with beautiful quilts and memorable stories.

Can I bring a guest?
Yes! Guests are welcome. Guest tickets will be registered under the name of the person who completes the registration form. At check-in, guests should provide the purchaser’s name.
What if I pay by check?
If you choose to pay by check, please mail your payment to:

Checks must be received by August 1, 2026, to guarantee your reservation. Please include the name used on your registration form with your payment.
How will I know my registration was received?
A confirmation email will be sent after you submit your registration form. If you are paying by check, your registration will be held pending receipt of your payment. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder.
What is included in the ticket priced?
Guests who purchase a Dinner & Trunk Show ticket will enjoy dinner followed by an inspiring Trunk Show presentation.
Guests who purchase a Trunk Show Only ticket are welcome to join us beginning at 6:30 PM for the Trunk Show. Dinner is not included with this ticket option.
May I bring my child or grandchild?
Children are welcome to attend; however, please keep in mind that the Dinner & Trunk Show is designed primarily for adults and older children who can enjoy the presentation and remain seated throughout the event.
A ticket must be purchased for each child attending so we can provide an accurate meal count and seating for all guests.
Is the event accessible?
Yes. The venue is wheelchair accessible and accommodates guests with mobility aids such as wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance so we can help make your visit as comfortable as possible.
